Return Policy

We will do whatever we can to make your shopping experience at Eve's Garden a pleasant and satisfying one. However due to the personal nature of our products we are unable to accept most used items for return or exchange. If you have any questions regarding a particular item please feel free to call 212-757-8651 or initiate a chat session on the bottom right hand corner of your screen for a more thorough description of the item before you enter your order. If you are having trouble operating your new product please let us know by initiating a chat session or sending an email to Customer Service. We will try to help you and if a return is necessary we will guide you through the process.

Defective Merchandise

Most of our products are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days. Upon return of the defective item, we will gladly send you a replacement, or issue you a merchandise credit for the full value of the item plus your return shipping costs. Merchandise credits will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Unopened Merchandise

Unopened items that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned for a credit card refund. We do not accept non-defective returns or exchanges of items that have been used or are not in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the the return shipping costs.

Used Merchandise

Because of the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of products that have been used. Any products that are returned to us will never be sold again.

Errors in Shipping

Mistakes happen very rarely but if they do we will make it right and any shipping costs you incur will be refunded to your credit card.
