Dell Williams

The entire Eve's Garden family joins the many friends and family of our beloved Founder, Dell Williams, in mourning her death.  Eve's Garden was created by Dell to empower women to celebrate their sexuality as a positive, nourishing and creative force in their lives.  Dell was an an important influence in the growth of the Women's Rights Movement, and she established Eve's Garden as a vehicle to erase the sense of shame and guilt experienced by countless women in society at that time. She often said that our version of "Eve" is a transformation from a fallen, shamed woman to a strong, powerful woman, proud of her strength, sensitivity and sexuality. She also constantly reminded us that she coined the phrase "An Orgasm a Day Keeps the Doctor Away" and wanted that known after she was gone. There were very few women throughout history who cared more about helping women than she did. We will all miss her...
