My mission is to help people get the love they deserve and manifest loving, passionate relationships. I have helped women, men, and couples all over the world transform their lives through the power of love. My articles have been published in numerous magazines, and I have been featured on radio shows nationally. I have also been a key speaker at leading business and personal development conferences, and I recently wrote the forthcoming book "Making Room for Love".

My formal training qualifies me as a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. In addition, I have been trained in body-centered psychotherapy, tantra, and spiritual mediumship. My education includes a B.A. with honors from Harvard University, an M.A. from the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.

I developed my Integral Balance process after twenty years of experience and research in personal transformation. After spending the first part of my career in management at several major international corporations, I was guided to travel to Hawaii to learn ancient and modern therapeutic modalities, including kahuna healing, neurolinguistic programming, and Ericksonian hypnosis. Later, I went on to become a body-centered psychotherapist specializing in spiritual transformation and sacred sexuality (also known as tantra). As a Dakini, I am able to connect my clients quickly to spirit and their divine path. My knowledge of astrology and tarot complements this gift, enabling me to help clients move through life challenges with greater joy and ease. I am also an avid Latin dancer and, through my contagious passion for dance, I help clients awaken their sensuality and capacity for bliss.
